Flightunit World Impact Month RECAP

This year’s FWIM was unforgettable. Students, educators, and community leaders came together for a month of conferences, workshops, and experiences designed to spark growth, connection, and impact.

From classrooms to keynote stages, FWIM captured the power of youth leadership and the importance of our 3 core pillars:

1. Self-Growth & Well-Being – building resilience, confidence, and self-leadership.
2. Social & Race Relations – breaking down barriers, promoting equity, and creating stronger communities.
3. The Environment – raising awareness and inspiring action for a sustainable future.
