Every year countless companies spend millions, if not billions of dollars searching for people who are the “right fit.” Our character traits shape us – they either draw us closer to or pull us further away from people and opportunities. The goal of this workshop is to learn how to develop the right character traits when striving for excellence. “It is not until you change your identity to match your life blueprint that you will understand why everything in the past never worked.” -Shannon L. Alder
