What are some of the major secrets behind the success of our greatest CEO’s, athletes, and philanthropists? Many would answer, “their character traits,” and rightfully so. We all possess different traits, both negative and positive. Every year countless companies spend millions, if not billions of dollars searching for people who are the “right fit.” Our character traits shape us – they either draw us closer to or pull us further away from people and opportunities. The goal of this workshop is to learn how to develop the right character traits when striving for excellence. “It is not until you change your identity to match your life blueprint that you will understand why everything in the past never worked.” -Shannon L. Alder
Prev We all have a team around us. The question is, do we know who our teammates are? Are they helping us succeed, or weighing us down? In order to reach our full potential, we must understand the impact that other people can have on us. We all need people in our lives. Having the right people around us can mean the difference between excelling or looking back with regret. This workshop will introduce students to the highly effective “flightunit” philosophy and will help them establish a unit of people dedicated to their success. “Teamwork is the secret that makes common people achieve uncommon results.”-Ifeanyi Enoch Onuoha
