At flightunit, we are extremely thankful to have been able to empower so many young women over the past few years through our Women in Skill Trades Conference Series. There are so many amazing females past and present that have done, and are doing spectacular things. This is helping to inspire the next generation of leaders in the fight for equality. We recognize that this fight is not only crucial for the success and growth of women but also that of humankind. That said we are happy to highlight the women in our lives and those across the world. To our mothers, sisters, friends, wives, leaders, and the numerous other roles that you play, we say thank you!! For all the late nights and early morning, we appreciate all the kind, thoughtful and wonderful things that you do to make our world a special place. Your endless effort does not go unnoticed and we are so happy to celebrate you!! The relationship between mother nature and father time is one for the ages and the Yin in the yang. In celebration of the Yin, the feminine life force of receptivity, we would like to ask that everyone to be proactive in acknowledging and appreciating the amazing women that add value to your life.

It is important that we as a members of society support equal rights for females and do our part to ensure that they are respected within every environment. Although there is more work to be done the future looks extremely bright and promising. On that note, we would like to salute all the amazing trailblazers that are redefining the identities of women and are liberating the next wave of awesome women to come.
